Not at all! If you have a bag at home already or don’t have space for a bag, you can still subscribe to our Membership and watch our Live Classes to get a great workout!

If you would like to participate in the Live/Recorded Leaderboard and get access to your Heart Rate & Calorie burn, you will need our Essentials Package. This will include the Punch Trackers and Heart Rate Monitors so you can participate in classes.

Our KBXC Live Membership is $49/month (month-to-month) and you’ll have access to all of our Live Classes. If you cannot make it live, we have the recordings in the app for you to take as well. Our Live Classes are daily!

If you are not satisfied with KBXC Live within 30 days of the products being delivered, you may return your items for a refund.

Since the products are large and heavy as well, we cannot offer a refund on the shipping charges. Customers are responsible for the charges to ship the product back to our facility which can be up to $400 or more.

If the product is damaged through normal wear and tear or through improper use or accidents, the item cannot be returned.

Products must be purchased directly from our website by you in order to be returned here. Must have an order receipt for return.

On KBXC Live Products, we warrant our products against defective parts, materials, or manufacturing during the period of 12 months since the date of delivery. 

Warranty does not include products that have been obviously abused, neglected, or misused.

Shipping within the Contiguos US (excludes Hawaii and Alaska) is FREE for all of our packages. We do not ship our products outside of the United States.

At this time, we do not offer our app on Android. This will be coming in the near future though!
